授業料免除の書類は、持参または郵送で受け付けます。
持参の場合 /Bring
2023年10月11日までは、共通教育棟1号館で受理します。

郵送の場合 /Mail
配送記録の残る形(レターパック推奨)で送付すること。
普通郵便で送付した場合の不着・配達トラブル等は、大学では対応できかねますので、ご注意ください。

※宛名を使用しない場合は、自筆で「授業料免除」と必ず記載。学籍番号・氏名・学部も明記すること。
*If you address the application yourself, be sure to write "授業料免除 (Tuition Waiver). The student ID number, name, and faculty must also be clearly indicated.
