Rooms available at International Residence Hall(Single Room, Couple's Room)
We have some vacnant rooms at the International Residence Hall.
For those who wish to apply for the room, please read the following conditions carefully,
and submit the required documents to International Student Office.
Eligibility:
･Applicants must have a "Student" visa.
Type of room: 5 Single Rooms(Building No.2 female rooms: 2, No.3:3), 2 Couple's Rooms(Building No.2)
*We may not be able to provide all rooms.
*Single person can apply for the couple's room this time.
Residential duration: April 1, 2019 – March 31, 2020
*No extension allowed in all cases
How to apply:
Please submit the following materials to the International Student Office.
1. Application form ＜Download＞
*Also available at Student Section of each faculty and at International Student Office.
2. Alien Registration Card or Residence Card
*All of your family's residence cards are needed.
Application Deadline: 17:00, March 18, 2019
Selection method:
The residents will be selected based on the selection criteria enacted by
Kagoshima University.
*In case that we receive a large number of applicants with the same qualifications, International Cooperation Division Office will have a lottery to select the residents.
*Applicants with past residence at the Internatilnal Residence Hall have less priority than people who have no past record of residence.
