Message to those affected by the earthquake in Eastern Taiwan

We would like to express our deepest condolences to the victims of the earthquake in eastern Taiwan on 3 April 2024, and our thoughts are with all those who have been affected.

Kagoshima University has inter-university and inter-departmental exchange agreements with 14 universities and research institutes in Taiwan, and has deepened its friendship through student exchange and international academic exchange over the years.

Kagoshima University will cooperate with the relevant domestic and international organizations to support Taiwan in its earliest possible recovery.
