【募集】国際交流会館入居者募集について（夫婦室・家族室）Application for International Residence Hall (Couple,Family Room)
国際交流会館の入居者を募集します。下記の説明をよく読んでから、ご応募ください。
If you would like to apply for International Residence Hall (Couple's rooms/Family rooms), Please read the following information carefully, and submit the required documents to International Student Office.
■対象者 Eligibility 次の条件を満たす者
・国際交流会館への入居を希望する留学生（留学ビザを保有していること） International students who hold "Student" visa.
・鹿児島大学に在籍する学生 Students enrolled in Kagoshima university.
■募集室数 Rooms available
夫婦室数室 (a few Couple's Rooms)、家族室数室 (a few Family Rooms)
※ただし、全室提供できるとは限りません。*We may not be able to provide all rooms.
※単身者は応募できません。 *Single applicants are not eligible to apply.
※敷地内に入居者用の駐車場はありません。*There is no parking for residents on the IRH premises.
※敷地内（建物内含む）での喫煙は固く禁じられています。*Smoking is strictly prohibited within the IRH premises.
※応募には、法的に結婚していることの証明が必要です。*Married relationship must be proved legally to live in these rooms.
■入居期間 Residential duration
2024年4月～2025年3月(延長不可) April 2024 - March 2025 (No extension allowed)
※退去期限は 2025年３月１４日17時まで Move-out by March 14，2025 5PM
■応募方法 How to apply
入居希望者は、次の書類を国際事業課留学生係へ提出すること。
Please submit the following documents to the International Student Office.
- 入居申込書Application form ＜ダウンロード Download＞

在留カード（申請者及び同居家族全員分）のコピー Copies of all family member's Residence Cards
申請中の場合は、在留資格認定証明書（CoE）交付申請書のコピー Copy of APPLICATION FOR CERTIFICATE OF ELLIGIBILITY
- 婚姻関係を証明する書類 Certificates proving marital status *家族滞在ビザでも可 *Family Resident Visa is also acceptable
■応募締切 Application deadline 2024年１月１2日（金）17：00 ※期限厳守 January 12,2024 5PM
■選考方法 Selection method
入居者の選考は所定の選考基準に基づき決定するため、入居できない場合があります。
The residents will be selected based on the selection criteria enacted by Kagoshima University.
※抽選が必要な場合は該当者に連絡し、国際事業課にて実施します。
*If numerous applicants express interests in these rooms, the International Student Office (ISO )will contact the applicants and a random selection process will be taken place.
※過去に会館に入居したことのある方は、優先順位が低く、入居できない場合があります。
*Applicants who have been previously residing at the International Residence Hall will have less priority than the applicants who haven't.
ただし、入居者の決定において入居歴のない者が優先されます。
*Current residents of couple rooms or family rooms who wish to extend their stay should also submit this application.
Please note that applicants who have never lived in the IRH will be given priority.
結果は2024年2月上旬頃お知らせします。
Result announcement will be around early February,2024
