Admission Policy

Educational Goals of Kagoshima University

As a comprehensive university endowed with an enterprising spirit, Kagoshima University strives to identify and develop students' potential and aptitude and to develop human resources who have an autonomous and enterprising mentality. To achieve this, we set the following Educational Goals:

Graduate Schools

To develop the human resources defined by the Educational Goals, Kagoshima University Graduate Schools welcome students blessed with the following qualities:

  • Master's Course, Doctor's Course
    • Students who have solid basic academic ability worthy of a bachelor's degree holder and the featured skills in the fields in which they are specialized.
    • Students who take the initiative in learning and are interested in issues related to the fields in which they are specialized.
