Established Country-Specific Overseas Alumni Associations
In 2025, two country-specific overseas alumni associations were established under the Kagoshima University International Alumni.
Kagoshima University has long welcomed international students from across the globe, resulting in a diverse and far-reaching alumni community. As of April 2026, approximately 500 alumni have registered with the Kagoshima University International Alumni Network, which was established prior to the launch of the overseas alumni associations.
It is anticipated that additional country-specific overseas alumni associations will continue to be established in due course, thereby further strengthening the ties between Kagoshima University and its international alumni, as well as enhancing mutual engagement and solidarity among alumni members worldwide.
