【募集】国際交流会館入居者募集について（単身室）Application for International Residence Hall (Single Room)
国際交流会館の入居者を募集します。下記の説明をよく読んでから、ご応募ください。
If you wold like to apply for International Residence Hall, please read the following information carefully, and submit the required documents to International Student Office.
■対象者 Eligibility 次の条件を満たす者
・国際交流会館への入居を希望する留学生（留学ビザを保有していること） International students who hold "Student" visa.
■募集室数 Rooms available
単身室
（１号館 数室、２号館 数室、３号館 数室）
(No.1 several rooms, No.2 several rooms, No.3 several rooms)
※敷地内に入居者用の駐車場はありません。*There is no parking for residents on the IRH premises.
※敷地内（建物内含む）での喫煙は固く禁じられています。*Smoking is strictly prohibited within the IRH premises.
■入居期間 Residential duration
2021年4月～2022年3月 (延長不可) April 2021 – March 2022 (No extension allowed)
※入居許可期間は 2022年3月11日17時まで *Allowed period: Move-out by March 11, 2022 5PM
■応募方法 How to apply
入居希望者は、次の書類を国際事業課留学生係へ提出すること。
Please submit the following documents to the International Student Office.
1. 入居申込書 Application form

2. 外国人登録証明書または在留カードのコピー Copy of Alien Registration Card or Residence Card
■応募締切 Application deadline 2021年3月5日(金) 17:00 ※期限厳守 March 5, 2021 5PM
■選考方法 Selection method
入居者の選考は所定の選考基準に基づき決定するため、入居できない場合があります。
The residents will be selected based on the selection criteria enacted by Kagoshima University.
※抽選が必要な場合は該当者に連絡し、国際事業課にて実施します。
*In case that we receive a large number of applicants with the same qualifications, International Student Office(ISO) will have a lottery to select the residents.
※過去に会館に入居したことのある方は、優先順位が低く、入居できない場合があります。
*Please note that applicants who have never lived in the IRH will be given priority.
※応募者多数の場合は最終学年の学生を優先します。
* If there are many applicants, priority will be given to students in the final year.
