【募集】国際交流会館入居者募集について（夫婦室・家族室）Application for International Residence Hall (Couple,Family Room)
If you would like to apply for the Couple's Room/Family room at the International Residence Hall （IRH/Kaikan）, Please read the following information carefully, and submit the required documents to the International Student Office.

■Eligibility
・International students who hold "Student" visa.
・Students enrolled in Kagoshima university.
■Available rooms
・Couple's Room (Rooms for married couples)
・Family Room
*Please note not every room will be offered.
*Married relationship must be proved legally to live in these rooms. Therefore, applicants who are single cannot apply.
*There are no parking space for residents on the Kaikan premises.
*Smoking is strictly prohibited within the Kaikan premises.
■ Period of residence
①October 2024‐March 2025 (1 semester/ 6months)
②October 2024‐September2025 （2 semesters/ 1 year)
* Extension of the period will not be acceptable
■Deadline for moving out
①March 14,2025 5PM (1 semester/ 6months)
②September 12，2025 5PM （2 semesters/ 1 year)
■How to apply
Please submit the following documents to the International Student Office.
1.Application form ＜Form 1＞ ＜Form 2＞
2.・ Copy of each family member's Residence Card (If your family or partner are all already living in Japan)
・Copy of "APPLICATION FOR CERTIFICATE OF ELLIGIBILITY" （If your family have not arrived in Japan）
3.Certificates proving marital status (Family Resident Visa is also acceptable)
■Application deadline
July 29,2024 5PM *Strict adherence to deadlines
■Selection method
The residents will be selected based on the selection criteria enacted by Kagoshima University.
*If numerous numbers of applicants express interests in these rooms, a random selection process will be taken place by the International Student Office (ISO) and afterwards the applicants will be noticed the results.
*Please note that new applicants will be given more priority.
Applicants who have previous records living in the Kaikan in the past, will have less priority than the applicants who haven't.
*Current residents who wish to apply for the rooms will be also required to submit this application.
Result announcement will be around mid-August,2024

国際交流会館の入居者を募集します。下記の説明をよく読んでから、ご応募ください。
■対象者 次の条件を満たす者
・国際交流会館への入居を希望する留学生（留学ビザを保有していること）
・鹿児島大学に在籍する学生
■募集室数
夫婦室数室、家族室数室
※応募には、法的に結婚していることの証明が必要です。単身者は応募できません。
※敷地内に入居者用の駐車場はありません。
※敷地内（建物内含む）での喫煙は固く禁じられています。
■入居期間
①2024年10月～2025年3月 （１学期間/６ヵ月）
②2024年10月～2025年9月 （2学期間/1年）
※入居期限は延期不可
■退去期限
①2025年3月14日17時まで （１学期間/6ヵ月）
②2025年9月12日17時まで （2学期間/1年）
■応募方法
入居希望者は、次の書類を国際事業課留学生係へ提出すること。
2.在留カード（申請者及び同居家族全員分）のコピー
申請中の場合は、在留資格認定証明書（CoE）交付申請書のコピー
3.婚姻関係を証明する書類
家族滞在ビザでも可
■応募締切
2024年7月29日（月）17：00 ※期限厳守
■選考方法
入居者の選考は所定の選考基準に基づき決定するため、入居できない場合があります 。
※抽選が必要な場合は該当者に連絡し、国際事業課にて実施します。
※ただし、入居者の決定において入居歴のない者が優先されます。
過去に会館に入居したことのある方は、優先順位が低く、入居できない場合があります。
※現入居者が再度申請する場合も必ず入居申請書を提出してください。
結果は2024年8月中旬頃お知らせします。
