【募集】国際交流会館単身室入居者募集について Application for International Residence Hall (Single rooms)
国際交流会館の入居者を募集します。下記の説明をよく読んでから、ご応募ください。
If you would like to apply for International Residence Hall (Single Rooms), please read the following information carefully, and submit the required documents to International Student Office.
■対象者 Eligibility 次の条件を満たす者
国際交流会館への入居を希望する留学生（留学ビザを保有していること） International students who hold "Student" visa.
■募集室数 Rooms available
単身室 ８室 (８ Single Rooms)
（１号館（男子室）：２室、１号館（女子室）：４室、２号館（男子室）：２室）
(No.1 (Male): 2 rooms, No.1 (Female): 4 rooms, No.2 (Male): 2 rooms)
※ただし、全室提供できるとは限りません。*We may not be able to provide all rooms.
■入居期間 Residential duration
2025年4月～2026年3月 (延長不可) April 2025 - March 2026 (No extension allowed)
※入居許可期間は 2026年3月13日17時まで *Allowed period: Move-out by March 13, 2026 5PM
■応募方法How to apply
入居希望者は、留学生係のメールアドレス宛てに氏名・国籍・性別・在籍学部を記載したメールをお送りください。
Please send an email to the international student office, including the following information: name, nationality, gender, and department of enrollment.

2025年3月24日 17:00 ※期限厳守 March 24, 2025 5PM
■選考方法 Selection method
入居者の選考は所定の選考基準に基づき決定するため、入居できない場合があります。
The residents will be selected based on the selection criteria enacted by Kagoshima University.
※抽選が必要な場合は該当者に連絡し、国際事業課にて実施します。
*In case that we receive a large number of applicants with the same qualifications, International Student Office (ISO)
will have a lottery to select the residents.
※過去に会館に入居したことのある方は、優先順位が低く、入居できない場合があります。
*Please note that applicants who have never lived in the IRH will be given priority.
■注意事項 Notes
会館への入居申請をもって、次の事項をすべて確認、同意し、守ることを誓約したとみなします。
The application for residency at the hall will be considered as your confirmation of and agreement to comply with all of the following terms.
１．最新版の国際交流会館概要をよく読み、理解し、守ること
please read, understand, and adhere to the latest outline of the International Residence Hall.
２．入居は１年間のみ可能で、退去期限後は延長できないことを理解し、同意すること
You understand and agree that residency is only possible for one year and cannot be extended beyond the departure deadline.
３．敷地内に駐車場はありません。会館敷地内に駐車しないこと
There is no parking available on the premises. You must not park on the grounds of the hall.
４．敷地内（建物内含む）での喫煙は固く禁じられています。会館敷地内や周辺で喫煙しないこと
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises (including inside the building).
You must not smoke on the grounds or in the surrounding area.
５．上記１～４のいずれか１つでも違反した場合は、退去しなければならない可能性があること
If you violate any of the above items (1-4), you may be required to vacate the premises.
