Procedure to receive the Second Round of Emergency Support Scholarship

To receive the full scholarship amount, applicant should complete the procedure and submit documents by 5pm on Monday, September 7th, 2020.

To receive the Emergency Support Scholarship no other procedures are required by the university other than those listed below.

Please follow the procedure below.

Be very careful of suspicious e-mails, phone calls etc. If you receive any, please lets us know.

Please provide 1 and 2 documents.
 
1 Account information (signed with your seal)
You can get the documents on the website. (Excel)/ (PDF
Fill in all necessary items by either handwriting or typing.【Entry example(PDF)】
Document shall be seal.
 
2 Copy of bank book
Page with your name, name of the Financial Institution, Type of Account, Account Number
 
 
 
(How to submit)
Please submit all documents by 5pm on Monday, September 7th by either one of the following methods
 

1 By fax:

Fax number: 099-285-3109 (24 hours).
Check the number carefully before sending.
Send with black and white mode.
Keep the receipt document after submission.

 

2 Upload the file:

The size of the uploaded images or files should be under 5MB, if larger than this, please lower the resolution.
Keep the original document after submission.

 

3 By post: (recommend to use Letter Pack or Letter Pack Light)

4 In person:

Bring to the University

Department: Student Guidance and Welfare Division,

Acceptance Time Weekdays 8:30 - 17:00

If the applicant is unable to bring it, a person you nominate may bring it for you.

Wearing a mask is recommended, but if you have cold symptoms like fever, please submit in another way.

 

 

Important:

Without submitting these two documents by 5pm on September 7th, 2020, you will not be able to receive the money.
