情報セキュリティ自己点検は、鹿児島大学の全構成員が自己の情報セキュリティの現状を点検し、意識の向上を図ることで、大学全体の情報セキュリティ対策強化へとつなげることが目的です。本学をはじめとする高等教育機関において、情報セキュリティ機能の強化は重点的に取り組むべき計画の一つと位置付けられており、構成員である学生・教職員の皆様の参画が欠かせません。情報セキュリティの現状把握、および大学の情報システムを利用するにあたり必須となっていますので、最後まで完了するようにお願いいたします。
対象者
2021年11月1日時点で在籍中のすべての学部学生・大学院生・教職員
スケジュール
2021年12月1日（水）～ 2022年2月13日（日） 点検実施期間
2022年2月14日（月）～ 点検未完了の鹿児島大学IDの利用制限
点検手順（学外、スマホからもできます）
＊誰かと共用している機器を使って回答する場合、IDやパスワードが意図せずブラウザに保存されてしまうことを防ぐため、なるべく「プライベートブラウズモード」「プライバシーモード」等を使用してください。
- 鹿児島大学IDマイページ へアクセス
- 鹿児島大学ID（例：k1234567）とパスワードでログイン
- 情報セキュリティ自己点検のリンクから開始、全10項目に回答
完了時、完了通知メールが本人のkadaiメール（例：k1234567@kadai.jp）へ送信されます。
点検未完了の鹿児島大学IDは 2022年2月14日よりサービスの利用が制限されます
点検未完了の鹿児島大学IDは、情報セキュリティ事故を未然に防ぐための措置として、2022年2月14日（月）以降、次のサービスが利用不可となります。
- 1X認証ネット（有線LAN）
- eduroam（無線LAN）
- 学認
- 教室PC
- VPN接続サービス
- Web File Service（教職員）
制限の解除（再開）方法
上記の「点検手順」と同じ手順で自己点検を完了すると、完了後5分ほどでサービスが再開されます。

2021 Information security check

The purpose of this information security check is to strengthen the information security measures of the entire university by having all members of Kagoshima University inspect the current state of their own information security and raise their awareness. In higher education institutions such as our university, strengthening information security functions is positioned as one of the plans that should be prioritized, and the participation of the staff who are members is indispensable. It is essential to understand the current state of information security and to use the information system of the university, so please complete it to the end.
Who need to check?
All undergraduate students, graduate students, and faculty and staff enrolled as of November 1, 2020
Schedule
From December 1, 2021 to February 13, 2022 Check period
From February 14, 2022 Restrictions on the use of Kagoshima University ID that have not been checked
Check procedure
* When answering using a device shared with someone, please use "private browsing mode" or "privacy mode" as much as possible to prevent ID and password from being unintentionally saved in the browser.
- Visit Kagoahima University ID mypage
- Log in with Kagoshima University ID (e.g. k1234567) and password
- Starting from the link of "Information security check" and Answer all 10 items
A completion notification email will be sent to your kadai email (e.g. k1234567@kadai.jp).
Incomplete check, Kagoshima University ID will be restricted from Feb 14, 2022
From February 14, 2022, the following services will be unavailable for Kagoshima University ID that have not been checked.
- 1X net (wired LAN)
- eduroam (wireless LAN)
- GAKUNIN
- Classroom PC
- VPN connection service
- Web File Service (for staff)
How to remove restrictions
Complete the Information security check by same procedure as in the "Check procedure" above, the service will resume about 5 minutes after completion.
