Computing and Communications Center

The Computing and Communications Center is a core facility of computing and networking at Kagoshima University.
It is also a major research and development center for information technology, consisting of three research divisions.
The Research Division of Media and Information Technology plays a central role in planning, management and research concerning computing systems for education and the campus computer network.
The Research Division of Academic Information Resources researches and develops proper usage of information technology for cooperation both inside and outside the university.
The Information Systems Division is in charge of information security in Kagoshima University, and offers strategic planning for campus wide information systems and investigates solutions for the university through the deployment of advanced technology.
