Procedure to get Emergency Support Scholarship

To get the full scholarship amount, applicant should follow the outline procedure and submit documents by 5pm on Monday, May 25th , 2020.
 
This is all the procedure needed for the Emergency Support Scholarship. If you receive other suspicious e-mail or phone call, please lets us know.
 
 
Procedure
 
(Document required)
 
1 Account information (shall be seal)
You can get the documents on the website. (Excel)/ (PDF
Fill in all necessary items by handwriting or typing. 【Entry example(PDF)】
Document shall be seal.
 
2 Copy of bank book (Page with your name, name of the Financial Institution, Type of Account, Account Number)
 
 
(How to submit)
Please submit documents by 5pm on Monday, May 25th use either one of the following methods  
 
1 Send by fax
Fax number: 099-285-3109 or 099-285-8808 or 099-285-8153 (24 hours).
Check the number carefully before sending.
Send with black and white mode. Keep the receipt document after submission.
 
2 Update the file. (The size of the picture or file should be under 5MB, if larger than this, please lower the resolution)
Fill up the Account information (shall be seal) and upload the photo. (Under 5MB)
Take a photo of bank book (Page with your name, name of the Financial Institution, Type of Account, Account Number) (Under 5MB).
Upload with 2 photos. Keep the documents after submission.
 
3 Send by post (recommend to use Letter pack or Letter pack light)

4 Bring to the University
Wearing a mask is recommended, but if you have cold symptoms like fever, please submit in another way.

Others: Without submitting the proper two document by 5pm on May 25th, 2020, you can’t get money before the end of this month.
