Rooms available at International Residence Hall

We have some vacnant rooms at the International Residence Hall.
For those who wish to apply for the room, please read the following conditions carefully,
and submit the required documents to International Student Office.

Eligibility:　
･Applicants must have a "Student" visa.
･Students who have ever lived in a single room, couple's room or family room in
  International Residence Hall cannot apply for any type of the room.
　*You cannot apply for a couple's room with your friend. Only married couples are allowed.

Type of room: 4 couple’s room, 1 family rooms.
*The number of accept is yet to be decided; it is possible that there would be no vacancy.

Residential duration:　April 1, 2016 – March 31, 2017
*No extension allowed in all cases

How to apply:
Please submit the following materials to the International Student Office.
1. Application form　＜Download＞

*Also available at Student Section of each faculty and at International Student Office.
2. Alien Registration Card
*Applicant AND his/her spouse need the card if applying the couple's room/family room.

Application Deadline: 12:00, February 19, 2016

Selection method:
The residents will be selected based on the selection criteria enacted by
Kagoshima University.
*In case that we receive the exceeded number of applicants with the same qualifications, a lottery may be used to select the resident. The date of lottery will be directly inform to each applicant by International Student Office.
