鹿児島大学共通教育科目 受験上の注意（学生向け）
Ａ．試験科目、試験時間、試験教室等は掲示します。ただし、予告無く変更する場合もありますので、予め十分に確認しておいて下さい。また、開放科目は、開設している学部の掲示板にも注意して下さい。
Ｂ．受験に際しては、学生証を必ず持参して下さい。学生証が受験票の役割をします。
Ｃ．試験当日、学生証を持っていない者は、仮受験票発行願を共通教育係に提出し、仮受験票を発行してもらってから受験してください。ただし、学生証を持参していない事が重なった場合、仮受験票を発行しない場合もありますので、十分注意して下さい。発行された仮受験票はその日のうちに共通教育係に返却して下さい。（仮受験票とは、入学後にWeb入力してもらった学生カードです。Webで学生カードを入力していない学生には、仮受験票の発行は出来ません )
Ｄ．学生証または仮受験票を持参しない者は、試験を受験できません。
Ｅ．筆記用具以外の持ち物は、特に指示のある場合を除き、机上に置いてはいけません。
Ｆ．試験中に携帯電話（スマートフォン等）やＰＨＳ、等を使用し情報交換等を行うことは不正行為とみなされます。また、時計型端末などを時計代わりに使用することは認められません。必ず試験開始前に電源を切ってカバン等に入れておいて下さい。試験中に鳴り出したりしたら、不正行為と見なされる場合がありますので、注意して下さい。
Ｇ．試験開始時刻に遅刻した場合、試験開始後２０分以内までは入室を認めますが、２０分を超えて遅れた場合は、入室を認めません。また、試験開始後２５分以上経過しなければ退室する事は出来ません。
Ｈ．受験中の不正行為は、各自の良識に訴え、厳に慎んで下さい。不正行為の事実があった時は、鹿児島大学共通教育科目等試験規則第９条に基づき、以下の措置を受ける事になります。（これ以外にも教授会の議を経て学長が懲戒する事があります）。
●当該期の共通教育科目等の全受験科目を不合格（０点）とする措置をとる。
Ｉ．試験当日やむを得ない理由で受験できなくて、追試験の受験希望がある場合は、原則１週間以内に共通教育係にて追試験願の書類を受け取り、科目の担当教員の許可を得て下さい。（病気・ケガの場合は医師の診断書を、交通機関に因る場合は、遅延・運休証明書等を必ず添えて提出して下さい）担当教員が認めれば追試験を受験する事ができます。追試験の日程等については担当教員の指示に従って下さい。

Exam guidelines for General Education Courses (for students)
A. The course names, times and exam room numbers will be displayed on notice boards prior to exams. Please note however that under certain circumstances these may be subject to sudden change. Please ensure that you check notice boards at your respective faculties regarding open courses.
B. You must bring your student ID card to every exam. The student ID card acts as an examination admission slip for all exams.
C. Students who do not have their student ID card available may apply for a temporary exam admission slip. Please apply at the General Education office.
D. Students who come to an exam without their student ID,（or temporary exam admission slip）will not be permitted to take the exam.
E. Unless directed otherwise by the instructor, students are not allowed to place anything on their desk apart from their pens, pencils and erasers.
F. Any use of smart-phones, i-phones, mobile phones or any electronic transmission devices during an exam is strictly prohibited and deemed as cheating. This includes the use of all digital transmitting time devices.
All electronic/digital devices must be turned off and stored in student’s bags before the exam commences. Please be aware that if a device should ring or make sounds during an exam it may be viewed as a serious violation of exam rules.
G. If a student is late for an exam, they are permitted entry up until 20 minutes after the exam has started. If 20 minutes have passed since commencement of the exam, they are no longer permitted to enter the exam room. In addition to this, students are not permitted to leave the exam room prior to 25 minutes of the exam time having passed.
H. Please be aware that intentional cheating during an exam is a very grave offense, with serious consequences. Under article 9 of the University Examination Rules, students who have violated these rules are subject to the following disciplinary measures: (Please note that certain cases may be ruled upon at Faculty Meetings, or by the University President)
As a rule, if proven, any incidence of cheating in an exam will result in the student being given a 0 mark (fail) for all their general education subjects taken in that semester.
I. As a rule, if a student fails to attend a scheduled exam due to unforeseen circumstances, they may apply to the General Education office for supplementary exam request form, which they can present to their instructor, however this application must be filed within a week of the original exam date. (For cases of illness or injury a doctor’s certificate must be provided. In cases of inability to attend as a result of a public transport breakdown etc., a certificate of proof must be provided.)
If the course instructor permits a supplementary exam, the student may be able to sit an exam at a later date in accordance with the instructor’s schedule.
